I’ve been conversing with Cherie for well over a year now. She just lives over in O’Fallon. Yet, we have never had the opportunity to meet. She runs CI Photobooth, a popular, and VERY elegant photobooth company. Finally, it came to her booking a session with me for us to meet. I should have made more of an effort to get together with her for lunch. Sometimes, you just need to put those things on your to-do lists – the personal things that matter more than anything.
Cherie and her husband, David, as well as myself, drove out to Cedar Lake Farm in Wright City yesterday afternoon. When I photograph my sessions, especially in THESE amazing types of locations, I’m always, secretly, hoping that my clients want to create an album from it. After all, how can one resist to NOT shoot for two hours and get so many amazing shots, yet take home just a few poses? Books are such a great way to do this. I’m working on a few more alternative albums to what I’ve developed for my weddings. Because, my hopes are that people with all budgets will find something they love, so they can enjoy more than just a few poses from their session.
Cherie and David, thank you for an amazing afternoon…you make my job easy! I can’t wait to finally do lunch!
And, my favorites!
