Talk about a fun time! Colleen found me on Facebook – as we have mutual friends – and wanted me to come out to take pictures at her hubby’s 40th last night. We opted to go for the whole “photobooth” look and that we did! This is such a fun setup. It’s something we’re beginning to offer complimentary to our wedding couples too. We don’t print on-site for you to take home, but it’s a way to dress up and be a little silly if you wish. This is an alternative to Lollipop Smiles. You can do the LolliSnaps option like this for $200 an hour, with two hour minimum. If you’re looking for a real photobooth with on-site printing, etc. at your wedding reception, be sure to hire CI Photobooth!

Here were some of the favorites from last night!

I had a complete blast tonight at the Girls Guide to the Galaxy relaunch party. I think my mom did too. So much fun seeing friends and meeting new people. My aunt and my cousin came too. I think my jaw hurts from laughing and talking so much. Totally worth the stress I felt all day today. Oh, and I learned how to backcomb my bangs…score! I wish I had brought my flash with me for when it got dark out, but I think the 5D Mark II did okay in really low light. Still noisy on super high ISO levels, but all-in-all I’m really happy with that camera.

I quickly whipped through the pictures to make sure everyone got them before I get sucked into my whirlwind, exciting weekend of amazing friends and family coming to town and over on Saturday for our big 80’s shin-dig. More later on that!

Congrats to Josh Kocurek for winning my complimentary photo session at the event too!!! I hope to do more of those fun giveaways at future events with this amazing team of ladies.
