Update from the road

We are now I’m Amarillo, Texas. Just went to Cadillac Ranch and forgot to take a phone pic but used the fisheye on some shots. They look kick ass. I’m uploading some shots to www.f2chicks.com from the road to keep everyone up-to-date.

Today we stopped in Texola on the border to meet up with Dustin for lunch and to take Clive to ride the tractor.

We are waiting to meet Chriselda for Taco Tuesday dinner now. Today was a long drive. We got up and left Dallas at 3:30 am. People don’t realize how long it us when you only take The Mother Road. But it’s long. Seeing a major change in terrain now is cool. Here are some pictures from my phone today.

A Few Photos

While we break this afternoon in Dallas I have edited a few photos from Andie’s laptop. I still can’t believe Baby Mac was ready on Friday, AFTER I left town. Oh well.

This is the Round Barn in Arcadia, OK:

And a few shots from the Oklahoma City Memorial - which really was an emotional site:

You can always view my Flickr stream here - and I’ll continue to do some uploads to the blog via my iPhone on the trip with phone pictures. We leave tomorrow for our OK City to Amarillo trek.

Breakfest of champions

Mmmm
