Summer time is definitely concert season…especially in St. Louis. The amphitheater hosts some great shows (but we won’t talk about how sucky that location is, heh). I can honestly say I didn’t attend a concert until I was in highschool and that was a free, outdoor concert in Jacksonville, Florida that WAPE was putting on for a birthday bash. The lineup: Gerardo (yes, Rico Suave) and I remembered also The Rembrandts (that’s the Friend’s theme song band in case you’re too young to know that). I can’t remember who else played. I tried to find those songs for this mix, but they weren’t on.
My next few concerts ended up being country because, afterall, we lived in Georgia and it was all about redneck trucks and country music. BLEH! But, I still have a weakness for a few of those musicians. Anyhoo - a few fun songs from the RANDOM mix of concerts I’ve been too in my lifetime. Enjoy!
