Just an update that I’ve been working a little here and there on the site and blog - tweaking even more. I have more that I want to do to it. This version of the Pro Photographer’s Theme I may offer as part of my services but the cost will certainly be more money than my normal $75 charge to customize the theme as is by the developer. But for now, it’s just mine. I need to finish up the footer. Trying to put “something” on the other portions of the website and have even added an area for pre-made logos available for purchase. Why waste the rejected concepts, right?

Tonight is a meetup of St. Louis Twitter/Bloggers for a pre-party a la Cosmos at this gal’s home and then off to see Sex and the City with her and her and her too. I promise not to tell what happens if you are going to see it.

Summer time is definitely concert season…especially in St. Louis. The amphitheater hosts some great shows (but we won’t talk about how sucky that location is, heh). I can honestly say I didn’t attend a concert until I was in highschool and that was a free, outdoor concert in Jacksonville, Florida that WAPE was putting on for a birthday bash. The lineup: Gerardo (yes, Rico Suave) and I remembered also The Rembrandts (that’s the Friend’s theme song band in case you’re too young to know that). I can’t remember who else played. I tried to find those songs for this mix, but they weren’t on.

My next few concerts ended up being country because, afterall, we lived in Georgia and it was all about redneck trucks and country music. BLEH! But, I still have a weakness for a few of those musicians. Anyhoo - a few fun songs from the RANDOM mix of concerts I’ve been too in my lifetime. Enjoy!

Just got my hair chopped!!! MUCH BETTER! Nail salon was too busy to fix my one nail that broke. Have to run out again but will try nail later! Hair picture - sorry for B&W - I haven’t colored it yet so I didn’t want to scare ya (like the messy work table behind me does during this nasty room switch!).

My 70-200mm f/4 L IS and 24-70mm f/2.8 L came yesterday. I didn’t much feel like shooting yesterday so this afternoon I took the dogs out back to shoot. Only used the 70-200 and set it on Aperture Priority (which I never use - I typically am a Manual shooter). The lighting was quite bright, but not a bad lens!

Also - crapped out Wacom worked this morning for about two hours. Then crapped again. Went to a few places before I found a Bamboo so I now own a new tablet that works. RIP my old one that was probably about three or four years old - oh wait, maybe more!
