Winter Weather

Well, it’s snowing again - though it’s blowing so hard out there that it won’t stay around. In fact, we have a “snow blowing” advisory out right now. This is definitely the most active winter I’ve seen in a while. With more frequent snow. My tires aren’t the greatest right now and that makes driving in this stuff not the best situation. The tread is fine, but they aren’t holding air like they probably should. In fact, the other day I went to Mobil to fill them only to find that they  have this new air pump. You have to pay 75 cents to get air for starters (AIR!!) and then you have to enter in a PSI on it and measure your tire with that…THEN you can pump air. I have no clue what I was doing and pretty much wasted 75 cents. And, my tires still look pretty low. Guess I’ll have my brother try it for me this weekend.

Meanwhile - enjoying being indoors today and not having to be out in that mess…eating some lovely Lorna Doones. Oh they are the best 100 calorie snack!

No, I didn’t go to WW last night. Ugh, what is with me????

Much Love,

Holly, those are my favorite snacks, too! Unfortunately, they are so good that I end up eating more than 100 calories worth! That’s the downside of a great tasting low-cal snack.

Holly, I read your blog all the time and wanted to share this Web site with you. I guess I just have too much time on my hands today or something, but anyway, this is a photographer in my area, Tennessee, and she has photographed my son and the pictures were just awesome. She is a relatively new photographer and is finding her niche, as you are. I just thought you might find it interesting to see what others in the field are doing. It looks like she does a lot of children. I found her on Craigslist, of all places, last year when she ran a Mother’s Day special and now she is EXTREMELY busy.

So… I think it’s pretty stupid to buy air, just like you… One that I don’t get is buying water… Ummm.. How come we have to buy water? I feel the same way you do about air with water….

wow, we’re paying for freakin’ air now!? I don’t do 100 cal packs well, they always end up to be 3-400 calorie packs.
