Okay, bad attempt at a Kanye West parody to how I feel. I have eaten myself silly. SILLY I TELL YOU! I can no longer be eating in the habit I have been this past week. It’s UNACCEPTABLE! Gross! So, as I eat second helpings of ham and potato salad tonight I remind myself it’s time to get back on my diet. PIG.
Anyhoo - Christmas was nice. Santa brought me a Shootsac and this:

No, that’s my uncle’s new puppy, Zoey. Though, I am completely in love with her! She loves to be in your lap and cuddle. Oh my goodness, a dream she is! She’s a Whippet. I could never afford to go with a full breed, but isn’t she the sweetest?
I have been silly crazy though on the Humane Society website and Petfinder.com looking at adoptable dogs. So many. Friday, we’ll probably go to the headquarters to look. I emailed about one dog tonight down in Farmington but she was adopted today. Having another dog with me is so important. I mean, what the heck am I supposed to take pictures of during my off time? HA HA - I joke.

We spent the holiday over at my uncle’s house in St. Charles. Lot’s of good times to be had. In fact, doesn’t everyone deserve to play slots and pinball on Christmas day in the den?

Well, we got word that we are in fact able to go to CHA in February with Pink Paislee!!!! We’ll certainly debut now so that makes us very happy! Are you going to be there? I hope to be at the booth a bunch, but will be wandering around checking out the stuff going on in the industry as well. Let’s start making plans to say hi to each other, k?

OMG, that family collage at the end is FANTASTIC!!! I cannot wait to do that next time my humongous family gets together. I think they would actually go along with that. It’s FABULOUS!!! Dang, if only you were closer I would hire you myself.

Merry Christmas! Ugh, I hope I’m not stirring up any sadness, but I have not been on your blog in soooo long! I’ve been in trasit since Oct and well today I was able to find some free time to sit and read blogs that I have missed reading since moving around (dh is in the Navy). Anywho…I was noticing on a few of your post a special someone wasn’t being talked about, as I scrolled down further I was sadden! Like you my dog is like my child and I would do anything for him! I was rooting and praying for his recovery and was happy things were going well…so as you can imagine my shock today and sadness! I send you a virtual ((hug)) and pray for Merlin! His poor body was going through so much and I’m so happy to know there are people like you that would do anything to help him! You are such a great “mommy” and I know Merlin appreciated you for all you’ve done for him!!! Take care and God Bless!

Both my dogs were “freebies”. I could never ever pay for a full breed, well, actaully never ever afford to. I find mutts to have more quirkiness and character anyway.
I’m not able to attend CHA in Feb. I’m want to go to Seattle for my 30th in March so I’m saving up for that. But that would of cool to meet you.

Aw man, now I REALLY wish I was going to CHA this winter so we could finally meet! I’ve been to CHA the past few times but don’t currently have any plans to go to Anaheim just yet but I’ll keep ya posted.
